The construction of Somló Spirit pálinka distillery is special and memorable for us. Merkbau Kft is very proud to have received the 2012 Construction Industry Master Builder Award for Excellence for its structural engineering and steel construction work. The investment project is outstanding in the use of renewable energy sources, since the hot water supply for the plant is provided by solar collectors, geothermal energy is used for heating and the heat for distillation is produced from vine shoot pellets.
