We inaugurated our rebar plant at the end of 2017. We have made a number of improvements since starting operations. We try to optimise our production, adapting to the changing market demands. Our capacity has increased from the original 100-120 tons to 200-250 months per month. Due to our unique operational methods, we can often assist even with very urgent manufacturing needs.
OUR SERVICES
Based on the blueprints received, we manufacture the products, organise shipping, and inform our customers and clients about the due date in a timely manner. We provide shipping using our own vehicles, up to 24 tonnes. We make arrangements with static engineers or design specialists, if necessary. As an additional online service, we provide our partners with the opportunity to upload their blueprints through the website, in order to accelerate the process of giving quotations and calculating material costs. Thus, there is no material loss or waste material, as opposed to what would be the case if working at home or manually.

TOOLS
Our tools are mostly automated, efficient and quick machines. This process is supported by 2 large automatic machines, as well as 2 cutting and 3 bending machines, with 8 people as on-site staff. We offer 6 and 12-metre bars between 6 and 32 mm in diameter, while coiled materials available between 6 and 16 mm in diameter. Additionally, we keep standard bracket sizes on stock. We manage shipping using our own fleet up to 24 tonnes, with vans, cranes and/or articulated lorries. If the shipping weight exceeds the 24 tonne limit, however, we can still easily find a solution. We also organise return cargo for greater distances.
