Introduction

Established in 1990 and based in Kiskunhalas, Merkbau Építőipari és Kereskedelmi Zrt. is 100% owned by Hungarian individuals. The main profile of the company is the construction industry, with three major divisions. In response to the market needs, the company offers additional services beyond the initial profile, all characterized by high level and excellent quality – similar to the entire company.

General construction in building industry

We are capable of undertaking projects anywhere in Hungary. Our activities include civil engineering and building energetics modernisation projects. Our colleagues at the Kiskunhalas, Budapest, Győr and Pécs Main Construction Management Offices have extensive experience and a well-established organizational background to aid their work.

Tools and machine tools trade

Our main office in Kiskunhalas serves as the back office for our three main business units. Our building materials are also available in Baja, Szeged and Kecskemét. In our Builders’ Centres, we offer our customers a range of products of over 60 suppliers.

Building materials trade

The tools and machine tools distributed by Merkbau Kft. have been available on our website since 2008 as well as at our construction material sales centres and in our country-wide network of distribution partners.
