Project description: Our company is committed to assisting our employees with their work/life balance, and potentially introducing flexible forms of employment. Through flexible forms of employment, we can develop the foundations of responsible and people-centric employment, allowing us to increase the professional performance and loyalty of our employees, and reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. As there is constant and increasing demand for experienced employees who are able work independently and effectively, finding qualified workers and maintaining motivation and commitment requires special attention. The project will also include employee training and asset procurement required for flexible employment.
