The area proposed for the construction of a grape juice plant is located on the outskirts of Győrújbarát, between vineyards where the trellising method is used. This is the most prominent elevation within the cultivated area, offering a good view of the surrounding scattered settlements. This is perhaps the most beautiful part of the Pannonhalma wine region. Heights of the vineyards offer a panoramic view of the peaks of the Bakony mountains and the skyline of the town of Győr. According to the requirements of the customer, the grape-juice plant will be expandable. The layout and structure of the building was designed so that it allows further expansion of the facility. The plant is a one-storey building with a cellar underneath the entire floor space. Its South-Eastern and North-Western orientation is due to the landscape environment as well as basically the requirement for the accessibility and use of the building. From an architectural point of view, the basic idea was that the building should be an integral part of the landscape, visible from afar and standing out from the trellised vineyards.
