The HUF 1.2 billion + investment project was carried out on the 3‑hectare plot purchased by KITE Zrt in 2015. Planning took place and the construction works commenced in 2016; the new subcentre was completed in 2017 and opened for the 2018 spring sales season. The facility has an effective floor space of 3,600m² totalling 4,500m² with the external covered storage space included. The total storage capacity of the facility is 3,600m².
